2. Eligibility

To join the Betstreams talent program, you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal right to stream and promote online casino content.
• Not be located in or targeting restricted regions (including but not limited to the USA, France, Netherlands, and Australia).
• Comply with applicable gambling, advertising, and data privacy laws in your territory.

 

3. Streamer Conduct

Create engaging, responsible, and authentic content aligned with our brand values: Human-centered, Gamified, Responsible.
Follow all ethical guidelines concerning responsible gambling.
Avoid hate speech, harassment, or any form of illegal, misleading, or harmful content.
Maintain confidentiality regarding platform tools, casino partnerships, and internal strategy unless publicly approved.

 

4. Platform Access & Tools

Approved streamers may gain access to:

• LiveSpins integration and/or multi-brand streaming tools. 
• Stream overlays, branded content, studio-quality support, and monetization pathways.
• Technical support for setup, integration, and performance optimization.
Access to these tools is contingent on ongoing compliance and performance.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets provided by Betstreams, including overlays, branded animations, logos, and toolkits, remain the property of Betstreams.tv and may only be used during your tenure as an active Betstreamer. You retain rights to your original content, but agree to allow Betstreams to promote, archive, or showcase it across our platforms for promotional purposes.

 

6. Monetization & Payments

• Revenue share, fixed stipends, bonuses, or affiliate commissions will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and outlined in your individual offer or affiliate agreement.
• Betstreams reserves the right to review or revise payment terms based on performance, compliance, and engagement metrics.
• Payouts are contingent on the timely submission of required KYC and tax documents.

 

7. Termination

Betstreams.tv reserves the right to terminate your streamer agreement at any time if you:
• Breach these Terms and Conditions.
• Violate our responsible gaming code.
• Engage in behavior harmful to our brand, partners, or community.
• You may also request voluntary removal from the program with 14 days written notice.

 

8. Disclaimer

Participation in the Betstreams.tv platform does not guarantee earnings, audience size, or visibility. Performance is driven by content quality, consistency, compliance, and community engagement.

 

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program implies acceptance of any modifications. Streamers will be notified of significant changes via email or the dashboard.
